At my site, I offer general guidance and information on creating your own holistic health plan. I simply offer tools which you are under no obligation to take or follow. This service is NOT a replacement for professional medical services or advice in any way, shape or form. If you have serious mental health issues, it is advised to see a psychiatrist or Medical Health Professional. Although I have much life experience in the Mental Health Field and can share my experience/s with you, this is not given as advice to be followed.  It's important to note that the information provided here is for general reference only and should not be considered as medical advice. I am a soul who has overcome a lot in life and can listen, share and offer support and tools only. I offer most of my services free (unless otherwise stated) but donations are greatly appreciated for my time in service to you. If you act aggressively or rudely in any way, I reserve the right to ask you to leave, get help for you to leave or call 911 if I feel in any way threatened. If I feel that we are not a match, I will let you know and perhaps help you find someone more suitable. I am honest and expect honesty from you otherwise there is nothing that we can do together.
